Ordering instructions

We use a lottery system to fairly select participants for each custom run. To enter, subscribe to our newsletter — you’ll receive notifications when a new lottery opens. After that, you’ll need to register for the specific lottery on our website.

If you’re selected, we’ll send you a list of available fabrics and options, along with a form to complete your build. Once the form is submitted, your order is added to our production queue. We may contact you if any clarification is needed.

The lead time

The average lead time for a custom order is 4-12 weeks. Custom builds require significant time and hands-on work, so completion dates cannot be fixed in advance. Lead time may vary depending on the complexity of the build, material availability, and current workload.

Frequency of new lotteries

We’re a small team and handle every part of the process ourselves, which limits how many custom orders we can take at one time. To keep waiting times reasonable, we cap each run at: 30–40 Samurai orders 15–20 City Carrier orders New custom order slots typically open every 2–3 months.
